Plans for Grandhome have received another boost as Aberdeen City Council has now formally adopted the Grandhome Development Framework as Supplementary Planning Guidance following approval by the Scottish Government.

This is an important milestone for the new community just as the application for Planning Permission in Principle is lodged to the Council.

Work is now beginning on the detailed masterplan for Phase 1.
