The Team

Grandhome has been planned and designed by a team of community development specialists, including international experts and leading Scottish practitioners. All are working closely with Aberdeen City, national agencies and other stakeholders to ensure the delivery of the masterplan.

The Grandhome Trust is leading plans for the development. A family-led entity that has owned the land for more than 300 years, the Trust is committed to developing Grandhome into one of the most attractive and sustainable settlements in Scotland. The Trust will remain involved throughout the development of Grandhome, ensuring that house builders and other parties involved follow the vision for Grandhome and adhere to key design standards.
